We only accept corporate assignments where we can add significant value over time.
We work best where the employer has a strong culture and commitment to being an employer of choice. Our process
is as follows:
- Discovery: we find out where we can add value, and
seek to understand the employee benefits objectives of
the employer and the fund members; - Recommendations: we then identify the opportunities
and present them in the form of an implementation plan; - Service Plan: our agreed approach is documented in a service plan with agreed timeframes for delivery.
