What do you enjoy most about wealth management?
Being able to help clients gain an understanding of their own finances and being able to put their minds at ease, knowing that that they have the best chance of achieving their goals.
What’s the biggest challenge?
Sorting through each client’s unique position can be quite a challenge, especially when a lot of their situations can be vastly different. But it is this part of the job that I love, putting together strategies that ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
What do you love most about being part of Capital Partners?
Being part of such a motivated team of people who strive to provide the best service to our clients and who always put the client’s best interests first.
What quality of yours makes you suited to what you do?
I really value the relationships that are formed in providing financial advice and being able to get a true understanding of our client’s positions. It’s this understanding that gives us the ability to provide personalised advice to our clients.
How should people think about their wealth?
While a lot of people see their wealth as the end result, I urge people to look at it as the facilitator that enables them to achieve their goals. Even though money is essential in our modern world it is only the vehicle that helps us get what we want out of life.
What do you love to do outside of work?
I like to think of myself as an active person. I am a member of the Swanbourne Surf club and I play social basketball on a Monday night. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring new restaurants and cafes and the occasional trip down south.
What does your ideal holiday look like?
Spending my days throwing myself down a steep mountain with a bunch of friends and then getting a chance to immerse myself in a new and exotic culture.
